I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Ann Raskauskas on several occasions in the past twenty years. While living in Washington DC i purchased an investment property in Bethany that was located in the Villas of Bethany West.  Ann not only facilitated the purchase, she had a year round renter ready to move in a week after settlement.  When it came time for me to relocate permanently to the beach Ann listed, and sold my investment property.
